Wont use full photo, cuts it off

I love being able to draw on photos but it cuts off the top and bottom, words in photos get blurred, and I cant do precision drawing. I wish Apple would create a precision stylus and a precision grid hardware feature, DRAWING WITH MY FINGER MAKES FEEL LIKE IM USING BIG, FAT KINDERGARTEN CRAYONS. Very frustrating that Apples new phone (ugh!) S T I L L havent made this improvement?!? W h y? W H Y? Why,...wHY?!??? I have been waiting since iPhone4. These apps cannot offer the best UNTIL APPLE does. My husband uses the Galaxy2 and his phone is outdated by newer Galaxys, and his ancient drawing app far exceeds the newest iPhone. Apple used to be ahead of everything. Are they aware of how many artists want this? So unbelievably frustrating. PLUS, THE IPAD PHOTOS COME OUT BLURRY. WHY USE THIS APP IF IT DOES THAT. I
